Wickham has shown his far reaching idea of the law to fit his political ideaology. Remember the gas tax fiasco a few years back. I believe he went after two radio show hosts if my memory treats me well. Chris is no friend to men. The artwork that hung on the walls at the county "family" court house was brought there from Wickham himself. In an Olympian interview obtained by Kerry Brenner he stated he received the posters from a conference. For months Wickham has dodged PD request after PD request asking which conference he attended. Funny since his PDC filing does not even list a conference at that time.

Commissioner Schaller, Court Investigator Judy Murray, and Attorney Paul Battan should all be locked up.
My ex, an admitted violent abuser in Schaller's own court, used Lawyer Paul Battan's defense that she was "forced" into being violent.
That is the same obscene argument that was used back in the 60's when attorneys would argue that rape victims "asked to be raped by dressing a provocative way"
Nine years of violence cannot be "forced, especially when it occurs before and after the marriage, and with a variety a people.

During the July 24th hearing on this case, Christopher Whickham actually said that
1. Constitutional rights did not apply in TCUFC,
2. Washington is exempt from constitutional rights when regarding child support, and whoa nelly,
3. Perjury is not a concern to TCUFC so long as it is committed by the custodial parent.
The following month, he tried to evade signing his order then made arrangements to sign an order exonerating Megan Rose from all acts of welfare fraud committed over the last several years.
