Wickham has shown his far reaching idea of the law to fit his political ideaology. Remember the gas tax fiasco a few years back. I believe he went after two radio show hosts if my memory treats me well. Chris is no friend to men. The artwork that hung on the walls at the county "family" court house was brought there from Wickham himself. In an Olympian interview obtained by Kerry Brenner he stated he received the posters from a conference. For months Wickham has dodged PD request after PD request asking which conference he attended. Funny since his PDC filing does not even list a conference at that time.

How fiting since she dupes so many others on the stand. She presently consults DCS on raising the child support table. Frequently refering to all thats been through her court of terror as "her" parents.

Perjury 9A.72.020 (I'll scratch yours if you scratch mine)

One of he most abused law that goes unpunished in family court is perjury. One must comply with court rules and issue all statements with the following.

"I certify (or declare) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct":
. . . . . . . . . . . .	. . . . . . . . . . . .
(Date and Place)	(Signature)

Perjury in the first degree.

(1) A person is guilty of perjury in the first degree if in any official proceeding he makes a materially false statement which he knows to be false under an oath required or authorized by law.

(2) Knowledge of the materiality of the statement is not an element of this crime, and the actor's mistaken belief that his statement was not material is not a defense to a prosecution under this section.

(3) Perjury in the first degree is a class B felony.

The "Honorables" need be made aware:

9A.72.020.1.3 which states "Perjury in the first degree is a class B felony."

FINES
The court may impose fines as part of all sentences for felony offenses according to the
following ranges (RCW 9.94A.550):
Class A felonies $0 - $50,000
Class B felonies $0 - $20,000
Class C felonies $0 - $10,000

Why is perjury promoted in family court? Why don't our local "Honorables" uphold the law and hold those accountable who commit perjury? Simple. It provides them the means to run up the attorney fee's for their ass scratch friends in the bar union.

KNOWN HISTORY:

1) Knowing and willful failure to recuse when clear conflicts exist;

2) Documented disrespect for Article 1 Section 7 & 9 of the Washington Constitution - routinely seeks to compel individuals to waive their right to privacy and to provide info to be used against them

3) Custom and policy of presiding over contested matters (unlike judges, individuals cannot review a court commissioner’s conflict in their personal and business lives, and legally speaking their acts are not done in open court)

4) Fails to reasonably make known whereat her oaths and appointments may be found (possibly circumventing an individual’s ability to determine if she is properly in office)

5) Public record, and monitored behavior, suggest an anti-male mind set, reflected in her rulings

6) Ratified illegal acts of a Constitutional magnitude by failing to act on complaints of well documented acts and omissions by one or more Guardian Ad Litems

7) Has manifested, or displayed, a clear inability to act neutrally in response to criticisms, or perceived criticisms, such as exercises of protected speech. She has reached back into history to pull issues not before the court, from a different cause, fabricated a new oral finding without benefit of notice of hearing and which, in actuality, conflicted with her actual findings.

8) Routinely participates in ex-parte communication in the forming of orders by allowing a party to bring orders to her chambers instead of utilizing her immediately available clerk.

9) Routinely uses security guards to intimidate. Calling upon their presence indicates prejudice in the form of fear of men but who have given no cause for such actions

10) These are but a few examples of her form of prejudices, clearly then she fits in with the primarily female TCUFCS and it’s anti-male mind set. Accordingly anyone having advance notice (but which the Administrator of the Court neglects to provide - contrary to Court Rules) may find it beneficial to apply for a writ of prohibition since she cannot be prejudiced from a case - not being a real judge.
